10 Factors: Group Discounts

This is the last of the ten factors and this one probably isn’t going to help you if you don’t know about it already and it involves taking advantage of group discounts. Check with your current employer, an alumni group, or any other type of group to see if your membership will get you any sort of discount. In the past, I’ve gotten discounts with some insurers by being a member of the National Military Family Association ($20/yr in dues), so look for things like that.
